We'll be happy to assist you in anyway we can, but please remember that I'm not a doctor and any suggestions or helpful advice I may give regarding your disease then it's up to you to be the best judge. It is your own body afterall :o) What works for one person, may not work for another; and if there's one thing I have learnt over these past 15 years living with Colitis - is that everyone is different and all symptoms aren't the same. 
Always ask your doctor before embarking on a special diet or new medication. Joining a support group and a helpful forum will be a big help in supporting you on your journey, a guiding hand to steady you along the way. They've been a good help to me.
